Kelly Clarkson says she got the bum\u2019s rush in Brooklyn today.<\/p>\n

The famed pop singer and talk show host went out to Atlantic Avenue to see s a shop called Art at Play.<\/p>\n

Apparently, the staff wasn\u2019t nice to her. Not only did they not recognize Clarkson \u2014 which is hard to imagine, don\u2019t they have TV\u2019s in Brooklyn? \u2014 they took her to be hoi polloi.<\/p>\n

Kelly posted on Twitter, with a thumbs down emoji:<\/p>\n

Art of Play describes itself as ?Brooklyn Height\u2019s premier curiosity shop.\u201d They don\u2019t have a copy editor, because the s should precede the apostrophe.<\/p>\n

Anyway, going by car to Brooklyn is hike if in a car, trust me, I know. A lot of packing is involved and a visa must be secured.<\/p>\n

But Kelly, this can happen in Manhattan, too. And you don\u2019t have to be a celebrity. I browsed in a watch store on Spring Street in Soho recently and no one from the staff even looked up while I was there. <\/p>\n

Art of Play, you\u2019ve got a problem.<\/p>\n
