The intruders stole the man\u2019s watch and a chain worth approximately $65,000 before leaving the victim zip-tied before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. <\/p>\n<p>The victim refused medical attention at the scene.\n<\/p>\n<p>Police apprehended the 17-year-old nearby a short while later, while his three accomplices remained at large. He was booked at the 109th Precinct and charged with robbery, assault, burglary, grand larceny, criminal trespass and harassment. His arraignment in Queens Criminal Court is pending.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 888-57-PISTA (74782). All calls and messages are strictly confidential.<\/p>\n<p>Through Oct. 4, the 109th Precinct has reported 181 burglaries so far in 2026, 173 fewer than the 354 reported at the same point last year, a decline of 48.9%, according to the most recent CompStat report.
