A New York City woman’s first date took an unexpected turn when her companion allegedly revealed unusual personal habits and made a request that left her questioning the evening.

Victoria Vega, who posts on TikTok as @itsvictoriavega, recounted the encounter at a bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, describing several uncomfortable moments.

Her video attracted thousands of reactions, with viewers debating the man’s behavior and whether she should have left earlier.

Vega later summed up her disbelief in the caption, writing, “Thought I was getting punk’d.”

Vega began her account by saying, “I just had the worst first date of my life.”

According to her, the man appeared to be under the influence when he arrived and barely spoke during their meeting.

When he eventually opened up, Vega learned about personal habits she found unusual.

She said he admitted to urinating in the sink and not using shampoo or conditioner to wash his hair.

The situation became more awkward when Vega noticed him repeatedly staring at a group of women seated nearby while she attempted to hold a conversation.

She eventually asked him directly whether he was high or interested in her.

Vega said she never expected to have to ask those questions during a first date, The Daily Dot reported.

The encounter became particularly uncomfortable after the pair had each had a drink. Vega finished hers, and they decided to get pizza.

Later that evening, the man allegedly tilted his head toward her and asked her to smell his hair, bringing it close to her face.

Afterward, she left the date and went to a pizzeria, apparently seeking to recover from the unpleasant experience.

Her caption expressed disbelief at how the evening had unfolded. The video had approximately 87,200 likes and views, according to the report.

It also drew more than 1,400 comments from viewers responding to her account.

Commenters expressed sympathy for Vega and criticized the man’s alleged conduct.

Others complimented her appearance, suggesting that her date had missed an opportunity. Some viewers questioned why she had stayed as long as she did.

One commenter encouraged women to leave as soon as they recognize an uncomfortable situation, writing, “Let’s normalize leaving the second you realize.”

Other reactions took a more humorous approach, comparing the man to a sitcom character, while others suggested he might have been nervous or experiencing a bad day.

Several commenters also joked that pizza was an appropriate way to recover from an unsuccessful date.

A New York City woman’s first date took an unexpected turn when her companion allegedly revealed unusual personal…

[36
98,100,99,9,24,63
post-372742","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-brooklyn","tag-brooklyn","tag-brooklyn-headlines","tag-brooklyn-news","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc
["GET
