ZUMAPRESS.com<\/p>\n<p>Florida\u2019s attorney general was the first to sue OpenAI, bringing <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/01\/business\/florida-sues-openai-ceo-sam-altman-alleging-chatgpt-causes-great-danger\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a lawsuit<\/a> over similar claims in June. The company is also facing dozens of lawsuits alleging <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/04\/29\/us-news\/openai-could-have-stopped-canadian-trans-teens-school-shooting-but-didnt-because-of-greed-bombshell-lawsuits\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ChatGPT aided in mass shootings<\/a> or other violence.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
