Shear Nobles, 48, of Philadelphia, allegedly stormed into Shuva Israel on East 58th Street during an evening service on July 21, 2025, started recording without authorization and made the disturbing declaration, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nobles fled the house of worship and was on the lam for more than a year before he was caught.<\/p>\n
Nobles \u2013 who had no connection to the synagogue \u2013 stood in the main service room during the anti-Semitic spectacle, authorities said.<\/p>\n
He fled on foot and had not been caught for more than a year \u2013 until keen-eyed cops spotted him trying to catch a free subway ride at Fulton Street in Lower Manhattan, the sources said.<\/p>\n
Nobles was ducking under a turnstile when police stopped him, according to the sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He was charged with aggravated harassment and disruption of a religious service, cops said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
