Taylor says he explained that he had used a transfer, but the confrontation escalated when officers asked him for identification.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Video of the incident appears to show Taylor being pushed against a bus shelter. Taylor alleges he was grabbed, punched and slammed by officers. He says he later lost consciousness and was transported to a hospital with injuries to his neck, back, shoulder, arm and elbow.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Civil rights leader Rev.
