A 25-year-old man with autism was stabbed to death in a Queens home, and investigators are looking into whether his mother may have carried out the attack before she attempted to take her own life, according to law enforcement sources.

The victim, identified by police as Bryan Wong, was found by his father inside the apartment the family shared on 59th Street in Woodside just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, two police sources said. The victim had cuts to his wrist and neck. Several knives were found at the scene, sources said.

Wong, who turned 25 on Wednesday, was pronounced dead at the scene. Law enforcement sources told NBC New York that Wong had autism and was non-verbal.

Along with discovering his son’s body, police sources said the father also found a note at the scene before calling police. It was not immediately clear what the note said or who wrote it.

Law enforcement sources said they believe the 62-year-old mother later jumped from an overpass on the Van Wyck Expressway in an attempt to take her life. She was severely injured from the fall, with multiple broken bones, the sources said.

Neighbors said the family has lived in the home for a long time, but they did not know them very well.

The medical examiner will determine a cause of death for Wong. No arrests have yet been made. An investigation is ongoing.

A 25-year-old man with autism was stabbed to death in a Queens home, and investigators are looking into…

[37
9,24,63,122,124,123
post-373566","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-queens","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc","tag-queens","tag-queens-headlines","tag-queens-news
["GET
