{"id":374939,"date":"2026-10-16T16:48:08","date_gmt":"2026-10-16T16:48:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/374939\/"},"modified":"2026-10-16T16:48:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-16T16:48:08","slug":"nypd-search-for-suspects-in-bronx-shooting-of-12-year-old-girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/374939\/","title":{"rendered":"NYPD search for suspects in Bronx shooting of 12-year-old girl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NEW YORK (1010 WINS) \u2014 The NYPD released surveillance footage Friday as they look to identify two individuals wanted in connection with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audacy.com\/1010wins\/news\/local\/12-year-old-girl-caught-in-crossfire-shot-multiple-times-near-bronx-playground\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">shooting that left a 12-year-old girl wounded in the Bronx<\/a> earlier this week. <\/p>\n<p>The shooting occurred around 8:25 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12,  by the Pearly Gates Playground on Tratman Avenue in Westchester Square.<\/p>\n<p>According to officials, two individuals in a group of four displayed a firearm and fired multiple rounds, striking the 12-year-old victim in the torso and right foot.
