The mother of a 5-year-old girl found lifeless inside her Queens apartment was charged with murder \u2013 after she chillingly confessed <\/a>to a 911 operator, \u201cI killed my daughter,\u201d cops and sources said Friday.<\/p>\n

Francis Cabello, 32, \u2014 wearing a long white gown and sneakers \u2014 stayed mum as detectives led her out of a police precinct and guided her to a waiting car to take her to Queens Criminal Court for her arraignment.<\/p>\n

Police charged Cabello with murder Thursday evening, a day after little Fabiana Cabello was found unconscious <\/a>and unresponsive inside the home on 110th Street near 95th Avenue in South Richmond Hill.<\/p>\n

Francis told a 911 operator that she killed little Fabiana. Obtained by NY Post<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s upstairs not breathing,\u201d the mom told first responders when they arrived, according to law enforcement sources.<\/p>\n

EMTs arrived to find the girl lying face-up with blood coming out of her nose and a weak pulse, cops and sources said.<\/p>\n

She was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, but could not be saved.<\/p>\n

A neighbor who identified himself as Carlos told The Post that he saw Cabello after, describing how she \u201cwas not crying\u201d and \u201cit was like nothing happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cabello\u2019s father told The Post she had psychological issues <\/a>and had recently stopped taking her medication.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was paying attention because she was already acting strange,\u201d he said Thursday. \u201cI knew that she stopped taking the medication. I used to tell her to take her medication. She said the doctor authorized her to stop taking the medicine.<\/p>\n

\u201cI found it hard to believe because in her predicament I was surprised that the doctor would authorize that without seeing her,\u201d he said. \u201cI did not know if it was true or false.\u201d<\/p>\n

Police were called to the home in April 2025 for an alleged child abuse incident involving the mother and daughter that was deemed unfounded, sources said Friday.<\/p>\n
