COURTHOUSE,
\n Oct 16 \u2013\u00a0 A man
\n previously convicted of
\n reckless endangerment was
\n filmed on White Plains Road in
\n The Bronx on March 9, 2026 at
\n 4 am with a gun. Six days
\n later he was arrested, and
\n charged as a felon in
\n possession of a
\n firearm.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0On October
\n 14 he pleaded guilty before
\n Judge P. Kevin Castel of the
\n U.S. District Court for the
\n Southern District of New York,
\n which Inner City Press closely
\n covers.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

The complaint has
\n multiple photos. The Federal
\n Defender, one assumes, will
\n have her own photos in her
\n sentencing memo. It is due two
\n weeks before sentencing, which
\n is set for January 12,
\n 2027.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
