Loretto in Pleasant Plains after a fire erupted inside the commercial building around 6:32 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.silive.com\/news\/2026\/10\/fdny-responds-to-massive-fire-at-mount-loretto-on-staten-island.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SILIVE reported<\/a> that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/03\/11\/huge-5-alarm-brooklyn-warehouse-two-firefighters-hurt\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the two-story warehouse<\/a> was vacant and located \u201cbehind the Old Church of St. Joachim and St. Anne.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported as firefighters continued working to contain the blaze.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire was still being determined.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Firefighters on Saturday evening continued battling a four-alarm fire at a Staten Island warehouse, the FDNY said.
