A jilted geriatric shot his 70-year-old girlfriend and her younger lover when he found them in a Bronx apartment Saturday night, according to sources.<\/p>\n

The 68-year-old man blasted her once in the gut and shot his 60-year-old romantic rival multiple times in the chest in a ninth-floor apartment near East 173rd Street and Third Avenue around 9:30 p.m., police said.<\/p>\n

When police descended on the home, the enraged beau barricaded himself<\/a> and the victims inside, leading to a tense standoff with cops.<\/p>\n

The NYPD\u2019s Emergency Service Unit eventually nabbed the shooter.<\/p>\n

Both of the victims were rushed by medics to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where they are listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n
