William Dougherty Playground at Vandervoort Avenue and Anthony Street.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Citizen app footage from the scene shows a white Mercedes-Benz sedan perched on a partially crumbled concrete barrier.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The video shows two other mangled vehicles: a gray Hyundai sedan and a white Mercedes SUV.
