STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. \u2014 Police are investigating a report that a car was stolen in Westerleigh overnight into Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n
A 33-year-old man told police that he parked his 2018 Jeep Cherokee at the curb on Levit Avenue near Devis Street around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a spokesman for the NYPD\u2019s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information. <\/p>\n
When the victim returned around 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday, the car was missing.<\/p>\n
The car has not been recovered and the investigation continues, according to the spokesman.<\/p>\n
No description is available for the suspect at this time, the spokesman said.<\/p>\n
