On Thursday, Oct. 22, dedicated AES programming at NAB Show New York will highlight current challenges, workflows, and innovations in broadcast, live production, and content-delivery platforms. A free-to-access exhibit floor will be open to all registered NAB Show New York attendees, including the SMPTE ST 2110 IP Media Roadshow, which will examine timing, synchronization, and the network infrastructure used to carry audio and video over IP.<\/p>\n

Subtitled \u201cWhere Audio\u2019s Future Finds Its Voice,\u201d AES Show Nashville 2026 will highlight 3D listening and spatial production and offer technical papers, studio tours of local recording facilities, and technology showcases. Its wide range of audience includes audio engineers, producers, musicians, songwriters, educators, students, and industry researchers.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s agenda features engaging panels on immersive sound, including \u201cImmersive Listening Environments: From Spatial Soundscapes to Restorative 3D Audio,\u201d \u201cLive Immersive Audio,\u201d and one exploring the Berlin Planetarium and its 49.1 loudspeaker system!<\/p>\n
\u201cIn Nashville,\u201d says AES President Brecht De Man, \u201cyou\u2019ll find many of the familiar experiences that have long defined the AES Fall Convention, now paired with a fresh, re-energized atmosphere, a vibrant exhibit hall, and an exciting mix of events, demonstrations, and opportunities to connect. The program will also feature technical-paper presentations, workshops, product demos, immersive listening, student events, and many special sessions. I continue to be impressed with how freely people share their expertise and experience at the AES Show, whether they\u2019ve been in the business for decades or have just started to venture into the art and science of sound.\u201d<\/p>\n
