Theodore, 36, pleaded not guilty to vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated following the Oct. 10 collision. The court set a $500,000 bond, requiring 10 percent upfront. Her case was adjourned to Dec. 15. Authorities say she drove the wrong way on the West Shore Expressway, striking another vehicle. That vehicle&#8217;s driver, Duck Park, 66, died at the scene.
