An assisted living<\/a> community in Hilton has been sold to a Brooklyn<\/a>-based investor for more than $9 million.<\/p>\n

Avi Lustig<\/a>, through The Residences At East Avenue PropCO, LLC, has paid $9.250 million for Hilton East Assisted Living, located at 231 East Ave<\/a>. in the village.<\/p>\n

The facility is licensed for 205 beds, including 119 designated as assisted living units, according to state records.<\/p>\n

Hilton East LLC<\/a>, an entity affiliated with Wegman Group LLC<\/a>, was the seller.<\/p>\n

More than 100 residents were evacuated in December after the facility suffered water damage from a leaking roof. They returned more than two months later. Construction crews were doing work on the property today.<\/p>\n
