The victim, believed to be an off-duty Con Edison worker, was rushed to Englewood Hospital where he was pronounced dead, sources tell News 4.<\/p>\n<p>While driving a Blue Volkswagen Golf on an entrance ramp to the George Washington Bridge, the driver was captured on video as he nearly collided with another car. Shortly after, the victim&#8217;s rear passenger window was shot out with what law enforcement sources believe was a lone gunshot. <\/p>\n<p>The bullet appeared to strike the driver seat headrest before entering the driver&#8217;s body, law enforcement sources  tell News 4. The victim&#8217;s car later struck a median, bringing it to a full stop. The suspect was seen driving on. <\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday night, police sources believed the incident was a result of a road rage dispute. <\/p>\n<p>Police have not shared a description of the suspected shooter.
