\nPosted By: Siena Research Institute<\/a> Democrats Display Leads in National Sample for Both House & Senate Races<\/p>\n Trump Job Approval \u2013 36-59%, Underwater on All Major Issues Especially Cost of Living 29-69% and Gas Prices 24-73%<\/p>\n Voters Dissatisfied with Both Democratic and Republican Parties But See Democrats Better Able to Address Economy, Cost of Living, Foreign Wars, AI & Health Care<\/p>\n Toplines<\/a> \u201cIn a large national sample of over 3,000 voters, Democrats lead Republicans by 10 points in a Congressional toss-up when we provided the names of every candidate,\u201d said SRI\u2019s Executive Director, Don Levy. \u201cIn the 35 states having U.S. Senate races, the Democrats hold a five-point lead. President Trump\u2019s job approval rating is 23 points negative, 36-59% and voters disapprove of the job he\u2019s doing on immigration, the war in Iran, tariffs and especially on the economy, cost of living and gas prices.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cVoters are dissatisfied with both the Democratic and Republican parties but they see Democrats as more trusted to do a better job on the economy, the cost of living, gas prices, health care, corruption, foreign wars and AI by between eight and twenty points.
