Detectives say he grabbed the victim&#8217;s intimate parts and placed her fingers in his mouth.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Just over seven hours later, the man groped an 18-year-old woman in front of 942 Southern Blvd., according to investigators.
