\n\tRoberto Coin is bringing more of its legacy Stateside with the opening of two new boutiques, the next chapter in the Italian jeweler\u2019s U.S. expansion since being acquired by the London-based Watches of Switzerland Group<\/a> in 2024.<\/p>\n

\n\tFirst out of the gate is a 1,000-square-foot boutique at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards<\/a> in New York City opening Thursday, followed by a location \u00a0at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas<\/a> opening Dec. 4.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe have an exceptional presence across the U.S.,\u201d founder and creative director Roberto Coin said, offering a range of pieces including one-of-a-kind masterpieces and \u201cbeautifully priced designs for younger generations. \n\tLocated on Level 1 at 20 Hudson Yards<\/a>, the Manhattan location captures the brand\u2019s blend of Italian artistry and modern sophistication. The space brings a slice of Venice and its historical sense of craft and romance with elegant wall coverings, a striking Murano glass chandelier, ruby-hued upholstered furnishings, and refined accents of white oak, burnished bronze, and polished silver.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOur priority has always been to focus on the beautiful Italian product,\u201d Watches of Switzerland<\/a> chief executive officer Brian Duffy said of the new retail space, which allows the brand to present the full range of its collections along with selected special pieces. \u201cThe merchandise teams have worked really hard with both Roberto Coin in Italy and New York to optimize the presentation of this wonderful product in both windows and in-store.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe CEO continued, \u201cin addition, we benefit from the Watches of Switzerland<\/a> Group\u2019s strengths, including our focus on colleague recruitment, training, retail systems and Xenia Hospitality \u2014 our elevated Client Experience Program.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe expansion will continue in December with the opening of a boutique at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas<\/a>. Designed with a similar interior, the new boutique will expand the brand\u2019s reach in the city, offering a new elevated experience for clients, including new limited-edition and unique collections<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe are really excited to be opening these boutiques, and it is a great test for us to see what makes a successful Roberto Coin monobrand boutique in the U.S. We are really confident in the success of these boutiques in elevating the Roberto Coin brand,\u201d Duffy said, adding that they are continuing to look for additional U.S. locations for the Italian brand. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIn looking for great locations, we are always seeking out other luxury adjacencies and good footfall.\u00a0 In addition, we are looking to discuss with brand partners the opportunity of franchise stores.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe openings come on the heels of Roberto Coin\u2019s global campaign unveiled in May featuring Dakota Johnson<\/a> in a dreamy Venice, a city where Coin finds endless inspiration. \u201cShe embodies a timeless elegance that reminds me of Audrey Hepburn,\u201c Coin said of the new face. \u201cOur clients have embraced this campaign and love it as much as we do.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe added, \u201cThis year is bringing exceptionally good results for the brand. The success started much before the launch of this [Johnson] campaign, but it represented a strong support in visibility. \u00a0After three beautiful campaigns with Christy Turlington and two with the wonderful Arizona Muse, we felt it was time to relaunch our campaign with a fresh face \u2014 someone who could bring an element of surprise and modern sophistication. Dakota was the unanimous choice among our team.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe addition to the Watches of Switzerland Group stable marks an important evolution as jewelry<\/a> is outpacing watch sales globally. \u201cWhat we are seeing is a consumer shift to luxury branded jewelry<\/a>, particularly in the U.S. market.\u00a0 We are already highly successful in representing a great range of luxury jewelry brands in both the U.S. and U.K. and it is one of the fastest areas of growth within our business,\u201d said Duffy. \u201cOur luxury branded jewelry strategies include bringing more high-quality brands to our portfolio and representing those brands with high-impact in-store design.\u201d<\/p>\n
