QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — Get ready to embark on an adventure along a candy trail!<\/p>\n
The Queens Botanical Garden is hosting a festive event for all ages, featuring a trick-or-treat trail, music and live performances, and special giveaways.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Discover more local reporting on our homepage\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Guests can grab a passport and take a stroll through the garden, searching for six public art installations, created by AnkhLave’s Garden Project Fellows. Those who find all of the installations will receive a specially curated bag of international goodies.<\/p>\n Tours and scavenger hunts start at 1 and 3 p.m. at the visitor center.<\/p>\n Other activities include making Halloween crafts and learning about the plants at the botanical garden. Adults can also enjoy harvest beers and ciders at the bar.<\/p>\n The event is rain or shine, barring extreme weather.<\/p>\n Non-member tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children.
