A botched burglary at a home in Queens left several people stabbed and the suspect was shot by cops Friday night, according to sources.<\/p>\n
The attempted burglary took place at a residence on 149th Street in Jamaica, cops and sources said, as emergency vehicles swarmed the typically quiet suburban street around 10 p.m.<\/p>\n
Four people were rushed to area hospitals with stab wounds, according to authorities at the scene.<\/p>\n

A distraught neighbor said she\u2019s \u201cnever seen anything like this\u201d in her 30 years living there.<\/p>\n
\u201cI went to visit my husband in Long Island in the hospital and came back home and now I can\u2019t get to my house,\u201d 60-year-old Rosie told The Post, who described the situation as \u201coverwhelming.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe all know each other on this block and we say hi,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Police have blocked off the street and the scene remains active.<\/p>\n
