Forest Hills Stadium’s next season will feature a shorter setlist—and a sizable bill to keep the peace.

The Queens live-music venue has agreed to limit its 2027 season to 28 shows under a new agreement with the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation, following years of neighborhood complaints and legal battles over noise, crowds and access to residential streets.

Announced last week, the deal involves the homeowners association, stadium owner West Side Tennis Club and concert operator Tiebreaker Productions. According to PIX11, it resolves all pending litigation among those parties and can be renewed for up to seven additional years.

For concertgoers, the biggest change is the concert cap: There will be 28 shows total, down from 36 in previous seasons. That doesn’t mean eight concerts were canceled or that next year’s schedule is already booked, though. (The New York Post reports that the venue held 27 shows in 2026.)

Then there’s the bedtime. Concerts will generally wrap by 10pm, except on Friday and Saturday evenings in July, when performances can run until 10:30pm with city approval. Although NYPD permits previously imposed a 10pm cutoff, the agreement now makes that curfew contractual, according to the Post.

The stadium will also make a one-time $275,000 payment to help beautify the neighborhood, plus pay the corporation $15,500 per concert. A full 28-show season would generate $434,000 in those payments alone.

Tiebreaker has also agreed to monitor noise in real time, direct foot traffic away from residential blocks and provide street cleaning after concerts. Fireworks will require prior neighborhood approval.

“With the divisiveness of the lawsuits now behind us, we look forward to building a constructive working relationship with the Stadium and are proud to usher in this new chapter for our community,” the corporation’s board said in a statement reported by the Post.

Getting here took some time. Lawsuits dating to 2023 raised complaints about excessive noise and concertgoer trespassing, while a separate dispute with the city concerned police use of the neighborhood’s private streets. Residents were also divided over how their board handled the fight; a new slate took over in December 2025 after campaigning to end it.

For fans, the agreement gives the stadium a path to keep hosting concerts, with firmer rules governing what happens onstage and outside the gates. Summer’s soundtrack will continue, albeit with a neighborhood-approved stopping point.

Forest Hills Stadium’s next season will feature a shorter setlist—and a sizable bill to keep the peace.
