Republican candidate Bruce Blakeman rejected congestion pricing and criticized the actions of his rival, current Governor Kathy Hochul.<\/p>\n
“Kathy Hochul has made it unaffordable to live in the state,” Blakeman said on the addordability crisis. <\/p>\n
Hochul has said congestion pricing pays for mass transit and shortens commuting times. And she\u2019s blamed inflation on the President. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe are doing everything we can to counter the costs coming out of Washington and people know who I\u2019m fighting for,” she said. <\/p>\n

According to the New York City Board of Elections, after four days of counting, Brooklyn leads with the most votes, reaching 85,849.<\/p>\n
It is followed by Manhattan with 82,438 votes, Queens with 71,106, the Bronx with 30,848, and Staten Island with 24,363.<\/p>\n
Early voting continues through Sunday, and polling places will reopen on November 3 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. throughout the city.<\/p>\n
