Tayshia Adams<\/a> divulged why she might be forced to skip the upcoming New York City marathon.<\/p>\n

Posting via her Instagram Stories<\/a> on Thursday, October 29, Tayshia, 36, shared her concerns that her health may prevent from taking part in the event because her \u201cbody\u2019s kind of acting up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI kind of don\u2019t know what day it is. I can\u2019t even speak because I am just all over the place. I don\u2019t know what day it is and it\u2019s crazy to me that the marathon is this weekend,\u201d she said. \u201cI wish I felt better prepared for this moment, I kind of feel all over the place, and you know, we\u2019re just rolling with the punches.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tayshia noted that this year\u2019s NYC Marathon, which takes place on Sunday, November 1, is set to be her fourth time running<\/a> in the event \u2014 which has helped calm her nerves.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJoey Graziadei and more reality TV stars\u00a0joined the less than 1 percent of the population who has completed the 26.2 miles that make up the 2025 New York City Marathon. Ahead of running the Sunday, November 2, race with fellow Bachelorette season 20 alum Tanner Courtad, Graziadei admitted he was feeling the nerves. \u201cI will [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s my fourth time so I didn\u2019t really have the anxiety that I typically would have because I know what to expect so that\u2019s really great but this year my body\u2019s kind of acting up,\u201d she explained. \u201cI kind of touched on it a couple of weeks ago but I have an autoimmune disease and unfortunately stress kind of triggers a flare up and for me, a flare up looks like extreme fatigue as well as a lot of joint pain, unfortunately.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then quipped, \u201cAnd I kind of need my joints this weekend, specifically my knees.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bachelor Nation alum added that she was still hoping for the best as she really wanted to feel well enough to run the marathon on Sunday because it\u2019s an event that is important to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s something I\u2019ve just learned to deal with. But it really sucks on such a weekend that I have anticipated for months now and that means so much to me, it\u2019s one of my passions to run, I\u2019ve run high school, college, all the things,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Tayshia added that having no control over how her body was feeling was one of the toughest aspects to face in this situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really difficult to just ride out because you really can\u2019t do much for it and that is probably the most frustrating part for me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Last year, Tayshia ran the NYC Marathon, with a recorded time of 4:44:54.<\/a><\/p>\n

Before running, she took to Instagram to express her excitement and share a video of her gear laid out on her bed as she pretended to sleep. \u201c\u2018Twas the night before race day \ud83d\udca4,\u201d she wrote in the caption.<\/p>\n
