{"id":388620,"date":"2026-10-31T03:36:48","date_gmt":"2026-10-31T03:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/388620\/"},"modified":"2026-10-31T03:36:48","modified_gmt":"2026-10-31T03:36:48","slug":"woman-stabbed-in-neck-while-jogging-on-brooklyn-bike-path-is-clinging-to-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/388620\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman stabbed in neck while jogging on Brooklyn bike path is clinging to life"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A woman was left clinging to life after she was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/newyork\/news\/brooklyn-bike-path-jogger-stabbed\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">stabbed in the neck<\/a> while out on a jog along the Brooklyn waterfront Friday, cops said.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was running on a bike path near Shore Parkway and Canton Ave. in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/10\/29\/woman-30-siobhan-lynch-fatally-struck-by-city-sanitation-department-garbage-truck-in-brooklyn\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bath Beach<\/a> when she was attacked around 8:16 p.m., cops said.<\/p>\n<p>A law enforcement source said the victim was on her way to meet family along the waterfront when she was attacked.
