A New York City<\/a> penthouse that once served as the home of Lady Gaga<\/a> has officially hit the market, asking $6.995 million.<\/p>\n

The pop star\u2019s former duplex residence<\/a> is a 3,700-square-foot condominium at the top of an iconic Hell\u2019s Kitchen<\/a> building called The Hit Factory<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From 1993 to 2005, the location was the headquarters of the legendary recording studios, where artists including Michael Jackson<\/a>, Mariah Carey<\/a>, Bruce Springsteen<\/a>, and U2<\/a> recorded some of their most popular albums.<\/p>\n

According to Robb Report<\/a>, the seven-story building became a 27-unit condominium after recording operations shut down, and the residences sold out in 2011.<\/p>\n

In addition to the impressive slate of A-listers who have passed through the hallways of the building to make music, there are also a handful of notable residents who have shared the same address as the \u201cAbracadabra\u201d singer.<\/p>\n

The home has not been on the market since 2018, when it last made an appearance asking $6.495 million, according to records. Previously, it had been offered as a rental, with a monthly rent of $24,500.<\/p>\n

The dwelling has three bedrooms with an opportunity to turn a flexible space into a fourth. There are also three full bathrooms and a powder room the listing describes as \u201cglamorous.\u201d<\/p>\n
