A cannabis store is opening its Manhattan flagship location at the base of a luxury Tribeca condominium building.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Got Your Six, a licensed dispensary based in New Jersey, has signed a 2,300-square-foot lease at 256 West Street, also known as 92 Laight Street. The corner retail lease between Laight and Vestry streets occupies part of the ground floor at Riverloft Condominiums, a 13-story luxury complex, and is near Hudson River Park. Daniel Tropp, founder of the commercial and cannabis real estate brokerage AEBOV<\/a>, represented the tenant in securing its Lower Manhattan flagship.\u00a0<\/p>\n The asking rent for the space was $90 per square foot, according to Tropp. The lease term was not disclosed.\u00a0<\/p>\n Leviathan Leasing<\/a>\u2018s Elie Cohen and Yaron Cohen represented the landlord in the negotiations. The space is owned by Maujer<\/a>, a real estate management entity that shares an address with the Daniel Group<\/a>, a real estate investor and property manager based in Kew Gardens, Queens.\u00a0<\/p>\n Got Your Six replaces veterinarian practice Ivy Pets Tribeca, which recently closed. Its new neighbors are fitness studios WundaBar Pilates and Precision Training, as well as fashion brand Farm Rio.<\/p>\n
