Ariana Grande gave fans a rare look at her romance with Ricky Alvarez hours after they were seen watching the New York City Marathon together.They appeared hugging and kissing in two shots she shared on Instagram.Grande is on a planned break following her tour but will briefly return to the public eye to promote Focker-in-Law this month.<\/p>\n

Ariana Grande has been taking a planned break from the spotlight<\/a> since finishing her Eternal Sunshine Tour in September, but the singer gave fans a rare glimpse into her day-to-day life\u2014and rekindled romance with Ricky Alvarez<\/a>\u2014on Instagram today. Grande posted a carousel, kicking the post off with a shot of Alvarez embracing her. In another photo, she kisses him.<\/p>\n

The post comes hours after the couple was seen supporting runners during the New York City Marathon.<\/p>\n

Grande and Alvarez, who originally dated from 2015 to 2016, were first romantically linked again<\/a> in July.<\/p>\n

The singer will return to the public eye this week as she embarks on her press tour for Focker-in-Law<\/a>, which comes out on November 25. This Sunday, she\u2019ll appear<\/a> with her co-stars Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller on The Tonight Show.<\/p>\n

On September 2, one day after her tour ended, a source told People<\/a> that the actress remained \u201ccommitted\u201d to promoting the film. \u201cShe is very proud [of it],\u201d the insider said, adding that she will continue to support her brand work during her break, too.<\/p>\n

In addition to posting photos with Alvarez today, the actress also shared voting information from her Brighter Days Ahead Foundation<\/a> on her Instagram Story ahead of the midterm election<\/a> tomorrow:<\/p>\n

In August, Grande spoke to fans<\/a> at her Chicago show about her decision to take a break. \u201cIt\u2019s a plan that I had quietly made a long time ago, and it\u2019s a decision that was made from a thoughtful and empowered place,\u201d she explained. \u201cAnd I want you to know that many things can be true at the same time. I want to share this because I heard that my fans were worried that negativity was ruining things for me, but I just have to say that could not be more the fuck opposite.<\/p>\n

\u201cI promise you, this is not what that is,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd I just want to be very, very clear. Nothing has been ruined. Multiple things can be true at the same time. Yes.
