(WIBW) &#8211; A Manhattan man was arrested in connection with several charges including aggravated battery. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to the Riley County Police Department, officers reported the incident on Thursday, Nov. 13 around 2:01 p.m. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A 45-year-old woman was listed as the victim. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The suspect, 53-year-old Dirk Sparks, of Manhattan, was arrested around 2:14 p.m. in connection with the following charges: <\/p>\n<p>Criminal threat Aggravated burglaryCriminal restraintAssaultTwo counts of domestic battery <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Sparks was booked into the Riley County Jail. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He remains there under a $30,000 bond. <\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WIBW.
