City workers will be on the streets offering access to shelters to those in need.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"82en6\">A spokesperson for New York City Emergency Management says the city activates code blue anytime the forecast calls for overnight temperatures or wind chills of 32 degrees or less.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"guqx4\">Temperatures are expected to rebound into the 50s Saturday, meteorologist Bryan Ramsey said. He added there&#8217;s a strong chance of light rain, especially that night.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"13b0\">Chances of showers continue Sunday morning, according to NWS.
