The preppy social-media influencer has little experience to his own name, so he\u2019s banking on a name-drop \u2014 and maybe some Park Avenue privilege \u2014 to win him New York\u2019s 12th Congressional District.<\/p>\n
\u201cI come from a long legacy of public service, from my great-great-grandparents to my mother, Caroline Kennedy,\u201d Schlossberg\u2019s fundraising email continued. <\/p>\n
\u201cThis is even bigger than living up to my family name,\u201d the surf-shop worker-turned-candidate contended.<\/p>\n

Schlossberg graduated from Harvard Law School three years ago, and since then, the Park Avenue prince has been bumbling between a Hawaii surf shop and writing sporadic opinion pieces<\/a> for Vogue.<\/p>\n He\u2019s amassed roughly 800,000 followers on his TikTok, posting random political commentary while flashing his dimples. The Kennedy scion seems to be hoping his social-media presence \u2014 and sentimental attachment to his family name \u2014 will sway the voters in Rep.
