Providing great service to the customers that\u2019s the goal,\u201d said NYC Transit President\u00a0Demetrius Crichlow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The agency is monitoring the new ridership trends and comments from commuters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A spokesperson says no revisions have been made yet to the Queens bus redesign based on ridership. However, they\u2019re continuing to review the results to ensure they meet service and operational needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Up next is the Brooklyn Bus redesign. The proposed final plan is expected to be released in 2026.
