The ice cream treat features white chocolate and milk chocolate layers with peppermint candy cane pieces mixed in and blended with DQ soft serve.<\/p>\n<p>The Frosted Sugar Cookie Blizzard is the returning fan favorite and the Blizzard of the Month for December. It&#8217;s crafted with soft sugar cookie pieces, icing with festive sprinkles and DQ soft serve.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our fans love a Texas-sized reason to celebrate at DQ restaurants in Texas,&#8221; said Lou Romanus, CEO of the Texas Dairy Queen Operators\u2019 Council. &#8220;Kicking off the holiday season with two delicious Blizzard treats is the best way to spread cheer and give fans another reason to visit their local DQ all winter long.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>DQ locations throughout Texas also have holiday-themed gift cards to spread the holiday cheer.
