DoorDash driver Olivia Henderson has been arrested after sharing video showing a naked customer on TikTok. Tiktok \/ @irlmonsterhighdoll<\/p>\n
The Dasher was arrested last week \u2014 and faces up to eight years in prison if convicted of two felonies.<\/p>\n
She had been the one to contact cops, claiming she had been deliberately lured by the man, even though he appeared to be passed out in his own home.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me,\u201d she claimed in one TikTok video about the Oct. 12 incident.<\/p>\n
However, Ring camera footage appears to show Henderson let herself into the man\u2019s house, and police have said there is no indication she was encouraged to go in, let alone film.<\/p>\n
Her own video \u201cindicates that the male was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption,\u201d police said in a statement.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe DoorDash driver subsequently posted the video to social media, where it drew significant attention,\u201d cops said, confirming that \u201cthe DoorDash driver had made claims of being sexually assaulted.\u201d<\/p>\n
Henderson later also accused DoorDash of deactivating her account for no reason. The delivery service, however, made clear it had no choice given the videos she shared, while stressing it fully supports workers from sharing issues they feel make them unsafe.<\/p>\n
\u201cPosting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,\u201d the company had said <\/a>when she was first arrested. <\/p>\n \u201cThat is the sole reason that this Dasher\u2019s account was deactivated, along with the customer\u2019s, while we investigated,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n Henderson now faces two felony charges \u2014 one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.<\/p>\n If found guilty, she faces up to 8 years in prison.<\/p>\n She was released after being processed and is due in court again Dec. 4, arrest records show.<\/p>\n The customer in the video is in contact with authorities, police said.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t
