While the daytime temperature reached 45 degrees, forecasts noted that wind gusts made the outdoors feel closer to 32 degrees.<\/p>\n
More Local News <\/a><\/p>\n Overnight temperatures are expected to drop to 34 degrees; however, it will feel more like mid-20s.<\/p>\n A Code Blue has been issued for New York City until 8 a.m. on Tuesday.<\/p>\n Shelters will be available system-wide.
