A TikTok star \u2014 self-dubbed the \u201cwig influencer\u201d \u2014 was shot dead by her longtime boyfriend in Florida after the couple got into a heated argument inside his car. <\/p>\n
Maurice Harrison, 21, who went by @Girlalala across social media, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside the passenger seat of a vehicle in Lauderdale Lakes on Friday at around 7 p.m., the Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office said in a press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n The social media star was rushed to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead, authorities said.<\/p>\n Maurice Harrison was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside the passenger seat of a vehicle in Lauderdale Lakes on Friday. @_girlalalala\/Instagram<\/p>\n The suspected killer \u2014 Harrison\u2019s boyfriend of seven years, Shanoyd Whyte Jr. \u2014 was arrested at the scene, where police also recovered a firearm.<\/p>\n Investigators determined that the couple had been \u201cengaged in a verbal argument which turned physical while inside of Whyte Jr.\u2019s vehicle,\u201d prior to the shooting.<\/p>\n \u201cAt some point, the victim was shot while sitting in the car,\u201d police said.<\/p>\n
