Anderson,\u201d was indicted on one count of false personation of an officer or employee of the United States \u2014 after he allegedly claimed to be an ICE field office director when contacting a victim in Queens.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"37699027\" width=\"590\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/www-50-a-org-officer-115667646.jpg\" alt=\"NYPD Sergeant Islam Atickul.\" class=\"wp-image-37699027\"  \/>NYPD cop Atickul Islam \u2014 also known as James W. Anderson \u2014 impersonated an ICE agent and demanded his victim and their family report to a federal office in New York City.
