The drippy dine-and-dasher repeatedly busted for allegedly scamming top city restaurants<\/a> is still free to fraudulently feast \u2014 after a Brooklyn judge released her without bail over her latest stunt.<\/p>\n

Prada-loving Pei Chung, 34, <\/a>was cut loose on supervised release at her arraignment Sunday by Brooklyn Criminal Court Judge Jevet Johnson \u2014 despite prosecutors seeking to lock up the accused stingy diner for scamming two more hot spots over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn prosecutors sought $1,500 cash bail or $3,500 bond to keep Chung, a wannabe influencer, behind bars after she allegedly noshed on pricey plates at a pair of posh Williamsburg restaurants Friday into Saturday, then couldn\u2019t, or wouldn\u2019t, pay.<\/p>\n

She had already been busted five times since late October for allegedly pulling the same stunt at other local hot spots \u2014 including a restaurant with a Michelin star \u2014 near her home in a lux hi-rise.<\/p>\n

As in her previous cases, Chung was charged with theft of services in the weekend incidents, a non-bail-eligible rap, before she was freed by the judge. It wasn\u2019t clear why prosecutors sought bail.<\/p>\n

Legal experts said Chung\u2019s continued stunt could eventually land her behind bars on enhanced charges if prosecutors decide to charge her.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf she does this 10 times or more, they could charge her with scheme to defraud, which is a felony,\u201d defense lawyer Mark Bederow told The Post on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt least for now, unless she spends over a $1,000 or uses a stolen credit card, they are going to be stuck with misdemeanors and have to deal with her,\u201d said Bederow, a former New York City prosecutor.<\/p>\n

But the real deterrence for Chung could likely come with sentencing if she is convicted, should a judge choose to throw the book at her to try to keep her from re-offending.<\/p>\n

Defense lawyer Jason Goldman told The Post that prosecutors could also refuse to offer Chung a plea agreement, which typically brings a lesser sentence.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they want to deter her behavior, the approach would be to prosecute the cases aggressively, without a plea or program offer,\u201d Goldman said.<\/p>\n

Chung \u2013 who flaunts Prada heels, Louis Vuitton handbags and Hermes belts all over Instagram \u2013 often posts about the pricey dishes on her page in addition to running a mediocre blog reviewing her meals.<\/p>\n
