Later footage posted to social media <\/a>captured the beauty queen being carried away on a stretcher.<\/p>\n Henry was rushed to Paolo Rangsit Hospital in Thailand and is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries, the Miss Universe Jamaica organization said in a statement on social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cMedical professionals are attending to her care and have advised that she is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries; however, they continue to conduct tests to ensure her full recovery,\u201d the organization said.<\/p>\n \u201cWe kindly ask everyone to stay upbeat, lift her in prayer, and send positive thoughts as she receives the necessary medical care,\u201d the statement continued. <\/p>\n Raul Rocha, owner of the Miss Universe pageant,\u00a0also posted an update <\/a>reassuring fans that Henry is \u201cunder good care\u201d and miraculously didn\u2019t break anything in the fall.<\/p>\n \u201cI was there with her family and her, and thankfully, there are no broken bones, and she is under good care.
