President Trump and Zohran Mamdani appeared to have a \u201cgiddy\u201d love-fest<\/a> during their first White House meeting Friday \u2014 with the New York City Mayor-elect\u2019s stance showing he wants to be \u201ca good little boy\u201d after the two hurled attacks at each other for months, a body language expert revealed. <\/p>\n

As the political odd couple spoke to reporters after their private conversation<\/a>, the non-verbal message they projected was over-the-top happiness, Carole Lieberman, M.D., a body and brain analyst, told The Post.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt seems as though someone may have diffused laughing gas into the meeting they just had,\u00a0because both President Trump and Mayor Mamdani seemed almost giddy. Their behavior towards one another was like a \u2018love fest,\u2019\u201d said Lieberman, who is also a psychiatrist.<\/p>\n

\u201cMamdani stood like a little school boy, his hands clasped together most of the time, trying his hardest to look like a \u2018good little boy,\u2019\u201d she added. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was as if he was cast in \u2018Oliver (Twist),\u2019 saying, \u2018Please, sir, can I have some more?’\u201d<\/p>\n

During the 30-minute press conference<\/a>, Mamdani, 34, grinned with\u00a0his hands clasped in front of him next to Trump, 79, who sat relaxed at the Resolute Desk, and the pair interacted several times.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrump was very \u2018hands on,\u2019 tapping Mamdani and shaking hands with him. But, he made sure he tapped Mamdani\u2019s hand last, to indicate that Trump is the one in control,\u201d said\u00a0Lieberman.<\/p>\n

The pols met for the first time at the White House Friday to discuss the issue of affordability and later described their conversation as cordial and productive.<\/p>\n

\u201cI enjoyed our conversation and I look forward to working together to deliver that affordability for New Yorkers,\u201d Mamdani said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
