A month later, she updated fans<\/a> that her cancer had not spread after undergoing a successful surgery.<\/p>\n Princess Kate, for her part, announced that she was\u00a0being\u00a0<\/a>treated\u00a0for cancer<\/a>\u00a0in March 2024.
