Mango<\/p>\n Living near Chung\u2019s apartment has come with \u201crepeated outbursts, visible signs of conflict, and disorder in the hallway,\u201d a neighbor claimed. <\/p>\n Another resident previously told The Post Chung yelled outside her own apartment door, and wrote his name in red lipstick on his door. <\/a><\/p>\n Police have been called to the building three times because of Chung \u2014 once in February and two consecutive days in July \u2014 but officials would not give details.<\/p>\n Chung\u2019s lease expired in August 2024.<\/p>\n Jenny did not return calls for comment.
