A young man was beaten and stabbed to death in Times Square early Monday by three thugs who are still being hunted, according to police and sources.<\/p>\n
The 23-year-old was bashed with a baseball bat and then stabbed in the back and on his right thigh by the trio just after 1 a.m. near 49th Street and 7th Avenue, police and sources said.<\/p>\n
The victim, who has not yet been publicly identified, was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, cops said.<\/p>\n

Police are looking for three males in connection to the stabbing: one in a purple sweater and black ski mask; one in a black jacket, dark pants and brown boots; and another wearing all black, sources said.<\/p>\n
