According to police, on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at approximately 1:30 p.m., an 82-year-old woman was exiting a parking spot at 2873 Richmond Ave. when two unidentified individuals approached in a white Chrysler minivan and flagged her down. The Richmond Shopping Center is located at the address provided by police. <\/p>\n

The victim then withdrew $3,800 from her bank. The individuals took the money and fled the location in a white Chrysler minivan with unknown Pennsylvania plates, traveling in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported, police said. <\/p>\n
