{"id":5743,"date":"2025-10-17T00:21:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T00:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/5743\/"},"modified":"2025-10-17T00:21:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T00:21:07","slug":"girl-13-dragged-into-park-woods-sexually-assaulted-by-creep-in-bronx-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/5743\/","title":{"rendered":"Girl, 13, dragged into park woods, sexually assaulted by creep in Bronx"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 13-year-old girl was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/newyork\/video\/teenage-girl-sexually-assaulted-on-way-to-school-in-the-bronx\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sexually assaulted by a creep<\/a> who accosted her as she walked to school in the Bronx Thursday morning, police said.<\/p>\n<p>The girl was walking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baychesterwaves.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Baychester Middle School<\/a> around 8:20 a.m. when a man took her into a wooded area in Seton Falls Park near E. 233rd St. and Wilder Ave. in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityneighborhoods.nyc\/edenwald\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Edenwald<\/a>, where he \u201cengaged in a lewd act,\u201d according to police. The pervert forced the teen to lift up her shirt while he masturbated, a source said.<\/p>\n<p>After assaulting the girl, who was not otherwise hurt, the pervert ran off, cops said. So far there has not been an arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Police are looking for a heavyset, bearded man with a dark complexion, about 5-feet-9, sporting an afro with a bald spot. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a sweatshirt underneath, black pants and boots.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to call <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/site\/nypd\/services\/see-say-something\/crimestoppers.page\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Crime Stoppers<\/a> at (800) 577-TIPS.
