According to the Board’s approval:<\/a><\/p>\nBoard Decision The Board unanimously selects Bally\u2019s Corporation (\u201cBally\u2019s\u201d) to apply to the N.Y.S. Gaming Commission for a commercial casino gaming facility license.<\/p>\n
Proposed Gaming Facility Bally\u2019s project, Bally\u2019s Bronx, is a proposed single-phase, integrated casino resort located at Bally\u2019s Golf Links at Ferry Point in the Bronx, New York. The project represents a total capital investment of $2.3 billion and is projected to open by mid-2030.<\/p>\n
Key components include:<\/p>\n
\u25cf A casino featuring 3,500 slot machines, 210 table games, and 40 poker tables<\/p>\n
\u25cf A 507-room hotel, approximately 22 percent of which will be suites<\/p>\n
\u25cf Two parking garages with a combined 4,661 spaces<\/p>\n
\u25cf A 2,000-seat event center<\/p>\n
\u25cf A Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and clubhouse<\/p>\n
\u25cf Nightclub, spa, over ten food and beverage venues, and four retail shops\u00a0<\/p>\n
