If they say something like that, I\u2019ve got to look at myself first and say \u2018What am I doing? How can I get better?\u2019 And prove to them that I can earn their respect, grow up and be where I\u2019m supposed to be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Giants radio analyst Carl Banks \u2014 a Ring of Honor member as a great linebacker \u2014 also said \u201cit\u2019s time for the kid to grow up\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/12\/02\/sports\/giants-legend-carl-banks-rips-abdul-carter-after-second-benching\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">during the broadcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Abdul Carter is going to have to grow up fast.
