Brooks, known for movies like &#8220;Broadcast News&#8221; and &#8220;Terms of Endearment,&#8221; walked the red carpet for his first movie in 15 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;Ella McCay&#8221; tells the story of a young woman who unexpectedly becomes governor as she juggles life in the political spotlight and her complicated family dynamic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Emma Mackey plays Ella.
